Suman Lodon has a duty to protect the wellbeing of you, our valued clients, and our employees. This policy outlines all new procedures we have put into place to protect the health and safety of all those visiting the Atelier.

Before you arrive

• Ensure you bring a mask with you
• Please purchase any retail items of your liking in advance of your arrival, we will have this ready for you to collect at your appointment
• Please ensure that you do not bring anyone with you to the appointment as we will not be able to let them into the treatment room nor waiting area

Cleaning

• High-quality disinfect will be used in each treatment room between clients
• All non disposable equipment is sterilised after each use
• Frequent cleaning of high touch areas such as doorknobs between clients
• Disposable bibs are used for each microblading client
• Deep cleaning of the clinic each evening

When you arrive

• Please arrive on time; if you are early you will be asked to wait outside
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as we may have to postpone your appointment for another day

PPE

• All our staff will be wearing protective face visors, masks, aprons and gloves

Service updates

• No food or drink shall be offered, please bring your own water bottle
• No cloakroom; please keep all personal belongings on you and only bring what you need
• Please leave your four-legged friends at home at this time

Be mindful

• Please wash your hands as soon as you arrive
• We will be providing hand sanitizer
• Limit your contact with others; this means no shaking hands, hugs or high fives
• We can’t wait to welcome you back, we’ve missed you dearly. We greatly appreciate your cooperation so we can continue to provide you with the highest level of service
